What is flow rate?
Flow rate — measured in m³/h (cubic metres of water per hour) — is how much water the turbine moves past you every hour. More flow means a faster, wider, deeper current… and a harder swim to hold your place.
Unlike jet systems that fire a narrow, turbulent blast, a BINDER turbine moves a large volume of water gently — a smooth, even current across your whole body, like swimming in a natural river. That's why the number is big: it measures volume, not pressure.
