We stand behind our products and services. However, KYPOS LTD's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products and services in question. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under the Cyprus Consumer Rights Law (Law 133(I)/2013) and relevant EU consumer protection directives.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable EU legislation. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
